PestWorld 2018 Setup

When we decided to grab a Booth at PestWorld 2018  - The Big National Convention put on by NPMA annually, we didn't REALLY know what we were in for!  And that's probably a good thing since we may have changed our minds.  The booth setup, the convention rules, flights, mics, logistics, swag, shipping, flooring - you get the ideaThere were so many regulations for electrical work, extension cords and shipping there was just too much room for disaster among a group of control freaks like us.  We're happy to report that nothing went seriously wrong except for one thing with shipping.  If we were to do it again,  we'd take advice from Harriet Schary and arrive a day early.  And go shopping.Who know's if that would have been any easier? What we do know is what we got from the experience, so that's what we're telling you.Here are some of the items we usedOur table arrived damaged but we still ended up keeping it to use with a tablecloth, it cost under $120 so it was a good price, 8.5 ft and Adjustable.  This was the best option for us to connect our mic stands Folding Adjustable TableTablecloth, Backdrop and the branded Cups and Cozies all came from HIS Promo The chairs were also a bargain compared to the $100 Folding Chairs available on site with NexxtShow .  This is the barstool we used. You have to plan in advance for a Trade Show, check out our List of things to Do Poster hanging on the wall for the past few months!
