It's Summer and the Flies Love it Too

You got that beautiful porterhouse off the grill, then turn around for a minute, turn back and see flies all over it - What would you do?

We've done some pretty interesting things to keep our homes fly free.  Keeping them out from the inside is pretty easy, just make sure all you screens are in good shape, no holes, no gaps, AND keep the doors closed.  But when you're outside - WTF??
